Bronze
Day-of Coordination ($1000+)
We’ll jump in a few weeks before the wedding and workout a full timeline of your big day! Let us handle connecting your vendors, leading your rehearsal dinner, and all of the day of decorating, organizing, and last minute to-dos to make your wedding a success!
Silver
Partial Planning ($2000+)
Short engagement? Started off strong, but need a little extra help? Let us jump in and give you a hand! A few months before your wedding, we’ll work with you to stay on budget while still getting the wedding of your dreams! We will handle coordinating with all your vendors and venue to make your day as stress-free as possible!
Gold
Full Planning ($2500+)
We’ll work with you from start to finish on all your wedding ins and outs! Let’s work hand-in-hand to book your venue, find your vendors, and make sure your day is a perfect in every way! We’ll be there through the whole process to design, coordinate, and fill in all the missing pieces!

What does “+” entail?
At Rooted in Grace Weddings, we believe in transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and up front communication about costs!
With that, weddings occasionally require travel, overnight accommodations, and additional hired help!!
Additional charges you may see on your quote:
Travel: $0.50 per mile, up to 300 miles, plus a $50 mileage fee. If your location exceeds 300 miles, there will be a flat travel fee of $300.
Overnight Accommodations: If your venue exceeds 1 hour of travel time, we will need lodging for 1-2 nights depending on distance and start/end time.
Additional Hired Help: If your guest count is over 150 you will be required to have a 3rd person on our team to help assist with set up, wedding day, and break down! This will be a $150 additional fee. For each addition of 50 guests, we will need an additional person.
Ex: Guest count 150, 1 additional member hired, cost $150
Ex. Guest count 200, 2 additional members hired, cost $300

These meetings are scheduled in 1-2 hour increments to discuss advice on any aspects of wedding planning - from timeline suggestions to décor feedback and frequently missed items!
